Already have an account? Sign in to see your downloads and invoice details. Check your spam or junk folder if the email hasn’t arrived.

The standard allowance is five downloads. If you’ve reached your limit or need another download, email us with your product name and order email.

1. Make sure the download has finished.
2. Download the file again if it appears incomplete.
3. If it still won’t open, email us the product name, your Mac or Windows version, and the exact error or a screenshot.

Use the email address associated with your account. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the reset option on the login page.

Still stuck? Email us with the account email and a short description of what happens when you try to sign in.

3. Choose Reset Password and follow the instructions.

Use a unique password for your LP24 account. If you need help signing in, use the password reset option or contact support. Please don’t include your password in a support email.

1. Unzip your LP24 product download.
2. Open the installation instructions included with your pack.
3. Check that your instrument and version match the requirements on the product page.

Sample files can be used in compatible audio software. Presets need the instrument they were made for.

Use our short Mac and Windows guide. It covers Serum 2 packs and individual presets, plus Serum 1-compatible files.

Check the file format and required Serum version before installing. Serum 2 presets require Serum 2.

1. Check that you’re using the required instrument version.
2. Follow your pack’s installation instructions and rescan its preset folders.
3. Clear any preset-browser filters.

If the pack includes extra sound folders, follow its instructions for those files too. Still missing sounds? Send us the product name, instrument version, and error message.

Yes. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to resolve any issues. Email us with your order email, product name, and what went wrong.

We cannot offer a refund if we suspect abuse, such as bulk buying or bulk downloading.

Yes. You can use your purchased LP24 sounds in your own music releases, compositions, and productions without paying additional royalties to LP24.

You may not resell or redistribute the sounds as sample packs, preset packs, or similar sound products.

Yes—that’s what they’re made for. Use the sounds, melodies, rhythms, and musical ideas within your own music.

The sounds themselves cannot be reused, sold, or distributed in other sample packs, preset packs, or similar products.
